I completed my very first triathlon this morning! I guess a real triathlon-er might not let me say that. It was a rely and a short one. The swim was 600 yards, 14 mile bike and my part was a 5K run. It was only my second time running in anything official like that.

So we won the men’s division and had the 2nd fastest time overall out of 36 relay teams.  Amazingly I had the 3rd fastest run, wow.  I hope no one saw my rollerblades that I hid in the bushes!
